Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Undresss.ai, including its website, AI image and video generation features, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Undresss.ai is a brand and online service operated by its individual owner (the "Operator"). References to "Undresss.ai," "we," "us," or "our" mean the Service and its Operator as appropriate.

Undresss.ai is not represented by these Terms as an incorporated company or separate legal entity.

By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, uploading content, requesting a generation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. ADULTS ONLY — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.

The Service must never be used to process, transform, generate, upload, or create content depicting a person under 18.

You must not use the Service if:

• you are under 18;
• a person depicted in an uploaded image is under 18;
• you believe or suspect a depicted person may be under 18;
• you cannot reasonably determine that a depicted person is an adult; or
• you are attempting to portray a minor as an adult.

We may use automated or manual safety systems to identify suspected violations.

If we reasonably suspect that an image depicts a minor, we may immediately:

• reject the generation;
• restrict the content;
• suspend the account;
• permanently terminate the account;
• preserve information where legally required; and
• report the matter where required by law.

No refund or credit restoration is required for deliberate or serious violations of this section except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. WHAT UNDRESSS.AI DOES

Undresss.ai provides AI-powered image and video transformation tools.

Depending on the features selected, the Service may alter or generate:

• clothing;
• swimwear;
• lingerie;
• underwear;
• styling;
• pose;
• movement;
• expression;
• lighting;
• background;
• environment;
• body presentation;
• camera movement; and
• other visual characteristics.

Generated content is artificially created or manipulated media.

The Output does not represent or establish:

• what a depicted person actually looks like beneath their clothing;
• what clothing they actually wear;
• what activities they actually participated in;
• what they have actually said or done; or
• what they personally endorse or consent to.

3. THE SERVICE IS NOT A CONSENT SUBSTITUTE

Having access to somebody's photograph does not mean you have permission to modify it.

By uploading an image or video containing an identifiable real person, you represent and warrant that:

Either:

A. You are the person depicted;

or

B. You have obtained that person's prior, explicit and informed permission for the specific type of AI transformation you request.

Where another person is depicted, their permission must reasonably cover:

1. uploading their image to an online AI service;
2. processing the image using AI technology;
3. materially changing their clothing or appearance;
4. generating the type of clothing or scene selected by you;
5. processing the image through third-party AI infrastructure where necessary; and
6. creating the resulting synthetic image or video.

Permission to photograph somebody is not automatically permission to digitally transform them.

Permission to possess somebody's photograph is not automatically permission to generate lingerie, underwear, swimwear, suggestive, intimate, or otherwise materially altered content involving them.

4. YOUR CONSENT CONFIRMATION

Each time you submit media for generation, you may be required to confirm that:

> Every person depicted is 18 or older, and I am either the depicted person or I have their explicit permission to upload this image and create the selected AI transformation.

You must provide truthful confirmation.

Falsely confirming consent is a material violation of these Terms.

5. WE MAY REQUEST PROOF

We may request reasonable evidence concerning:

• your age;
• the depicted person's age;
• your identity;
• whether you are the depicted person; or
• whether the depicted person gave permission.

This does not mean we are required to independently verify consent for every generation.

Our acceptance of an upload or completion of a generation does not constitute confirmation that:

• consent exists;
• the content is lawful;
• you own the content; or
• you may legally publish it.

Responsibility remains with you.

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not use Undresss.ai to create, request, upload, transmit, or facilitate content involving any of the following.

Minors

Any sexualized, intimate, nude, suggestive, manipulated, or adult-themed depiction of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

This includes AI-generated or fictionalized versions derived from a real minor.

Non-Consensual Transformations

You may not create intimate, revealing, sexualized, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, or similar transformations of another identifiable person without their explicit informed permission.

Explicit Nudity

Unless the Service expressly introduces a feature stating otherwise, Undresss.ai is not intended to generate explicit nudity or pornography.

You may not intentionally use or circumvent the Service to generate explicit exposure of genitalia or explicit sexual activity.

Sexual Activity

You may not generate content depicting explicit sexual acts or sexual violence.

Coercion

Content involving:

• rape;
• sexual assault;
• forced sexual conduct;
• incapacitated persons;
• trafficking;
• sexual slavery; or
• other involuntary sexual activity

is prohibited.

Revenge or Humiliation

You may not use the Service to:

• embarrass;
• humiliate;
• retaliate against;
• intimidate;
• threaten;
• harass;
• stalk; or
• punish another person.

Sextortion and Blackmail

You may not use generated or uploaded content to demand:

• money;
• sexual activity;
• additional photographs;
• services;
• property;
• silence; or
• anything else of value.

Deception

You may not intentionally use Output to falsely establish that a real person:

• appeared nude;
• wore particular intimate clothing;
• participated in sexual conduct;
• endorsed a product or activity;
• attended an event;
• behaved in a particular manner; or
• participated in circumstances that did not occur.

Public Figures

You may not generate intimate or sexualized transformations of identifiable:

• celebrities;
• politicians;
• public officials;
• influencers;
• athletes;
• creators; or
• other public figures

unless you are the depicted person or possess explicit permission covering the requested transformation.

Illegal Activity

You may not use the Service for any activity that violates applicable:

• criminal law;
• privacy law;
• intellectual-property law;
• publicity rights;
• image rights;
• data-protection law;
• court order; or
• regulation.

7. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL

We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and sexual exploitation of minors.

Where required or appropriate, suspected material may be:

• blocked;
• quarantined;
• preserved;
• reported; and
• referred to appropriate authorities or authorized child-safety organizations.

Accounts associated with such material may be permanently terminated immediately.

8. SAFETY SYSTEMS

We may use:

• automated moderation;
• classifiers;
• image analysis;
• prompt analysis;
• age-risk detection;
• account-risk scoring;
• abuse signals;
• content fingerprints;
• rate limits;
• manual review; and
• other safety technologies.

These systems may occasionally make mistakes.

We reserve the right to refuse any generation that creates unacceptable legal, safety, provider, regulatory, or reputational risk.

9. DO NOT CIRCUMVENT SAFETY SYSTEMS

You must not:

• intentionally bypass moderation;
• manipulate prompts to evade restrictions;
• repeatedly modify prohibited images to avoid detection;
• use multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions;
• interfere with age safeguards;
• disguise prohibited subjects;
• reverse engineer moderation systems; or
• exploit technical vulnerabilities.

Circumvention attempts may result in permanent termination.

10. USER CONTENT

"User Content" means material you provide to the Service, including:

• photographs;
• images;
• videos;
• prompts;
• instructions;
• uploaded files; and
• associated information.

You retain any rights you lawfully possess in your User Content.

You grant the Operator and necessary service providers a limited license to process User Content solely as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the requested generation;
• deliver the Service;
• store content where applicable;
• protect the Service;
• prevent abuse;
• investigate violations;
• troubleshoot technical issues; and
• comply with legal obligations.

You may not upload content unless you have the right to provide it for these purposes.

11. THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSON DEPICTED

Your ownership of a photograph does not give you ownership of another person's:

• likeness;
• privacy;
• identity;
• publicity rights;
• biometric characteristics; or
• other personal rights.

A depicted person may have rights independent of the copyright holder.

12. AI OUTPUT

"Output" means images, videos, and other material generated or modified through the Service.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Undresss.ai does not claim ownership of Output solely because it was generated through the Service.

However:

• AI Output may not qualify for copyright protection;
• similar Output may be generated for multiple users;
• Output is not guaranteed to be unique;
• Output may contain errors;
• Output may not precisely follow prompts;
• Output may contain unexpected artifacts; and
• we do not guarantee that every intended use is legally permissible.

You are responsible for your use of Output.

13. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Uploaded source media and generated content are private account content by default unless you intentionally enable a sharing feature.

Undresss.ai does not obtain permission to publicly publish your private generations merely because you created them.

When you choose to enable sharing for a generated video, a public or shareable link may be created in accordance with these Terms and the controls presented in the sharing interface. Sharing is always opt-in. Undresss.ai will not automatically publish a generated video solely because it was created.

14. SHARING OUTPUT

The fact that you were permitted to generate content does not automatically mean you may publish it.

Consent to generation and consent to publication may be different.

You are responsible for obtaining any permission required before:

• publishing;
• posting;
• selling;
• distributing;
• advertising;
• publicly displaying; or
• otherwise sharing

content depicting another identifiable person.

PUBLIC SHARING THROUGH UNDRESSS.AI

Undresss.ai may allow users to create a public or shareable link for eligible generated videos.

Both free and paid users may use eligible sharing functionality.

Creating a share link does not consume generation credits unless otherwise clearly stated.

Before enabling public sharing, you must confirm that:

1. every identifiable person depicted is at least 18 years old;
2. you are the depicted person or have the necessary permission from every identifiable person depicted;
3. your permission includes publicly sharing or distributing the generated content;
4. you have all other rights necessary to make the content available to others; and
5. you accept responsibility for your decision to share the content.

Permission to upload or generate content does not necessarily include permission to publicly share it.

If you do not have permission to share the resulting content, you must not enable sharing.

SHARE LINKS MAY BE FORWARDED

When you create a public sharing link, anyone who obtains that link may be able to access the shared video.

Recipients may:

• forward the link;
• send it to other people;
• post the link elsewhere; or
• otherwise make the link available to a broader audience than you originally intended.

You should assume that a public share link may be seen by people beyond the person to whom you initially send it.

Only share content that you are comfortable and legally permitted to make publicly accessible.

FREE-ACCOUNT SHARING AND DOWNLOAD RESTRICTIONS

Eligible free users may be permitted to:

• view their generated video; and
• create a public Undresss.ai share link for that video.

Free users are not entitled to download the underlying generated video file unless download access is expressly included in their account or they upgrade to an eligible paid offering.

For free users:

A public sharing link does not grant the creator a right to bypass download restrictions.

Attempting to circumvent technical download restrictions may constitute misuse of the Service.

WATERMARKS ON SHARED CONTENT

Publicly shared videos may contain Undresss.ai branding, labels, provenance information, or watermarks.

Publicly shared versions may remain watermarked even where a paid user is otherwise entitled to a different private download version.

Users must not use the Service to circumvent required sharing-page watermarks, provenance information, or legally required synthetic-media disclosures.

15. AI AND SYNTHETIC-MEDIA DISCLOSURE

You must comply with any law requiring disclosure that content is AI-generated or manipulated.

You may not deliberately misrepresent synthetic content as genuine evidence of real conduct where doing so could deceive or harm another person.

You may not remove legally required:

• AI disclosures;
• provenance information;
• labels;
• metadata; or
• watermarks

for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

16. REPORT OR REMOVE MY IMAGE

Any person who believes their likeness has been processed, stored, or shared through Undresss.ai without authorization may contact:

An Undresss.ai account is not required to make a report.

We may request information reasonably necessary to:

• identify the affected content;
• locate the relevant generation;
• verify the complainant;
• prevent fraudulent requests; and
• investigate the report.

Where warranted, we may:

• restrict access;
• remove stored material;
• disable sharing;
• terminate associated accounts;
• block repeat submissions;
• retain limited evidence where legally necessary; and
• take other protective action.

REPORTING A SHARED VIDEO

Public video-sharing pages may include a Report Video function.

A visitor may submit a report without being the creator of the content.

Reports may concern issues including:

• the reporting person appears in the video;
• content was shared without permission;
• a depicted person may be under 18;
• privacy or publicity-right violations;
• harassment or abuse;
• copyright or intellectual-property issues; or
• other legal or policy concerns.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

We may investigate the report and take action that we consider appropriate under these Terms and applicable law.

AUTOMATED TEMPORARY SHARING SUSPENSION

To reduce potential harm while reported content is reviewed, Undresss.ai may automatically suspend a public sharing link when a defined number of reports are received from separate network sources.

Our current automated threshold may suspend sharing after reports associated with at least three different IP addresses or equivalent anti-abuse identifiers.

Repeated reports originating from the same IP address may be treated as one report for this purpose.

An automated suspension:

• disables public access to the shared video;
• disables public continuation features;
• does not necessarily delete the creator's private generation;
• does not itself constitute a final determination that the creator violated these Terms; and
• may remain in effect pending review.

We may suspend content sooner where circumstances reasonably warrant immediate action.

We may also restore sharing after review where appropriate.

MISUSE OF REPORTING FEATURES

You must not intentionally misuse reporting tools to:

• harass another user;
• manipulate automatic suspension systems;
• submit deliberately false reports;
• organize fraudulent mass reports; or
• interfere with lawful use of the Service.

We may use technical signals to detect duplicate, coordinated, automated, or abusive reporting.

17. NON-CONSENSUAL INTIMATE IMAGERY

Reports involving suspected non-consensual intimate imagery receive priority review.

This applies to both real and AI-generated or digitally altered material.

Where applicable law establishes a required removal deadline, we will process valid requests within that period.

Where the United States TAKE IT DOWN Act applies to content on the Service, we intend to comply with applicable notice-and-removal obligations.

18. REPEAT OFFENDERS

We may permanently restrict users who repeatedly:

• violate consent requirements;
• upload prohibited content;
• evade moderation;
• create replacement accounts after termination;
• violate another person's rights; or
• abuse complaint procedures.

We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent repeat abuse.

19. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must provide accurate information where required.

You must not:

• share an account for abusive purposes;
• sell accounts without authorization;
• impersonate another person;
• create accounts using stolen credentials; or
• use another person's payment method without authorization.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

20. CREDITS

Certain features require credits.

Credits:

• are a contractual right to use eligible Service features;
• are not currency;
• have no cash value;
• cannot normally be redeemed for money;
• cannot normally be transferred;
• may be subject to expiration where clearly disclosed; and
• may have different generation costs depending on the AI feature used.

Generation costs may change prospectively.

The applicable credit cost should be displayed before or when a generation is requested.

21. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription price at the disclosed billing interval until cancellation.

The checkout page will control:

• price;
• billing interval;
• trial period;
• included credits;
• renewal date; and
• material purchase conditions.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

22. CANCELLATION

Where subscription management is offered, you must be provided a reasonable method to stop future renewal.

Cancelling a subscription ordinarily:

• stops future renewals;
• does not automatically reverse prior charges; and
• does not necessarily delete your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

23. REFUNDS

Unless a different refund policy is clearly displayed at purchase, payments for consumed digital services or used credits are generally non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds may nevertheless be provided where:

• required by law;
• a duplicate charge occurred;
• a material billing error occurred; or
• we determine a refund is appropriate.

Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights.

24. FAILED GENERATIONS

AI generations may fail because of:

• moderation;
• model limitations;
• provider outages;
• infrastructure failures;
• invalid source material;
• safety restrictions;
• network problems; or
• other technical causes.

Where our system classifies a generation as a genuine technical failure, we may automatically restore the associated credits.

Requests rejected because they violate these Terms may be treated differently.

The credit policy shown in the Service controls where applicable.

25. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you do not recognize a charge, please contact:

support@undresss.ai

before initiating a chargeback so that we can investigate.

We may suspend an account associated with:

• fraudulent payments;
• unauthorized payment methods;
• repeated abusive chargebacks; or
• intentional payment fraud.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights with your payment provider.

26. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Undresss.ai may rely on third-party providers for:

• AI generation;
• payment processing;
• hosting;
• databases;
• storage;
• email;
• authentication;
• analytics;
• content delivery;
• fraud prevention; and
• security.

Use of the Service may therefore require transmission of information to those providers.

Third-party service interruptions may affect Undresss.ai.

27. AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that:

• every AI model will remain available;
• every style will remain available;
• generation time will remain constant;
• every generation will succeed;
• every jurisdiction will remain supported; or
• the Service will operate without interruption.

We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Undresss.ai:

• name;
• branding;
• website;
• interface;
• software;
• design;
• graphics;
• databases;
• code; and
• other proprietary materials

are owned by the Operator or applicable licensors.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or exploit these materials except as permitted by law.

29. TERMINATION

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe this is necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms;
• safety concerns;
• prohibited content;
• disputed consent;
• fraud;
• payment abuse;
• security risk;
• attempts to evade restrictions;
• legal requirements;
• provider requirements; or
• significant risk to another person or the Service.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

30. PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE

Deletion requests ordinarily result in deletion according to our Privacy Policy.

However, where necessary and lawful, we may temporarily preserve limited information relating to:

• abuse;
• suspected exploitation;
• fraud;
• disputes;
• legal proceedings;
• regulatory investigations; or
• law-enforcement requests.

We will seek to limit such retention to what is reasonably necessary.

31. NO PROFESSIONAL OR FACTUAL RELIANCE

AI-generated content is provided for creative and entertainment purposes.

Do not rely upon Output as:

• evidence of real events;
• evidence of a person's actual body;
• evidence of real conduct;
• identity verification;
• medical information;
• legal evidence; or
• factual documentation.

32. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED:

"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
• OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE;
• OUTPUT WILL MATCH EXPECTATIONS;
• EVERY GENERATION WILL SUCCEED;
• OUTPUT WILL BE UNIQUE;
• OUTPUT WILL BE FREE OF THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS;
• THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE; OR
• A PARTICULAR USE OF OUTPUT WILL BE LAWFUL.

Mandatory warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

33. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE

You are responsible for:

• what you upload;
• whose image you upload;
• whether consent exists;
• whether the subject is an adult;
• what you request;
• what you generate;
• what you retain;
• how you use Output;
• who you share Output with; and
• whether your conduct complies with law.

Safety systems do not transfer your responsibilities to us.

34. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and persons assisting in operation of the Service from claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or related to:

• your User Content;
• your lack of required consent;
• violation of another person's privacy or publicity rights;
• your publication or distribution of Output;
• your illegal use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your infringement of third-party rights.

This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

35. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF:

• PROFITS;
• BUSINESS;
• OPPORTUNITY;
• DATA;
• GOODWILL; OR
• REPUTATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

1. THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO UNDRESSS.AI DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
2. USD $100.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

36. MANDATORY LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms excludes:

• mandatory consumer protections;
• mandatory privacy rights;
• statutory cancellation rights;
• rights relating to fraud or willful misconduct; or
• any other right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

37. OPERATOR INFORMATION

Undresss.ai is currently operated by its individual owner.

For personal-security reasons, the Operator's legal name and residential address are not displayed as general public website information.

This does not prevent disclosure where applicable law lawfully requires the Operator's identity or other information to be provided to:

• a verified data subject;
• regulator;
• court;
• law-enforcement authority;
• payment provider;
• contractual service provider; or
• other legally authorized party.

Legal requests may be sent to:

Nothing in this section is intended to override a jurisdiction's mandatory disclosure requirements.

38. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

Use of the Service remains subject to all mandatory laws applicable to the Operator and user.

Where a jurisdiction grants consumers mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected.

Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes should first be submitted to:

legal@undresss.ai

so that the parties have a reasonable opportunity to attempt resolution before formal proceedings.

No provision of these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief where necessary.

39. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms because of:

• legal changes;
• regulatory requirements;
• safety developments;
• new features;
• payment changes;
• provider requirements; or
• changes to the Service.

The latest version will display its effective date.

Where legally required, material changes will receive additional notice.

40. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

41. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any specific purchase or feature terms presented through the Service constitute the agreement governing your use of Undresss.ai.
