A depicted individual does not need an account to contact us.
Requests can be made through:

8. AI PROCESSING
AI generation requires uploaded content to be processed by automated systems.
Depending upon the feature used, processing may include:
- analyzing an image;
- interpreting visual characteristics;
- conditioning an AI model on an image;
- generating new frames;
- altering clothing or styling;
- generating movement;
- generating a scene;
- encoding video;
- creating thumbnails; and
- returning results.
To perform these functions, User Content may need to be transmitted to third-party AI processing providers.
9. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS
We may use one or more third-party AI providers to perform image or video generation.
Information transmitted may include:
- the uploaded image;
- prompt;
- selected style;
- generation parameters; and
- other information technically necessary to perform the generation.
We seek to limit information transmitted to what is reasonably necessary.
The particular AI provider may change over time as:
- models change;
- providers become unavailable;
- features change;
- pricing changes;
- safety requirements change; or
- technology improves.
10. MODEL TRAINING
Undresss.ai does not claim the right to use your private uploaded photographs or private generated Output to train its own general-purpose AI model merely because you used the Service.
We will not begin using private user media to train our own general-purpose AI models without:
- updating our disclosures; and
- obtaining consent where required.
Third-party AI providers may process information according to the contractual terms under which we use them.
Where their terms create additional privacy implications, we will take reasonable steps to evaluate those providers.
11. SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may provide personal information to third parties that perform functions necessary to operate Undresss.ai.
Categories may include:

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers.
Payment providers may directly collect:
- card information;
- billing name;
- billing address;
- authentication information; and
- fraud-prevention information.
Undresss.ai generally does not need to store complete payment-card numbers.
The payment provider's own privacy terms may separately apply to information it collects directly.
13. WE DO NOT SELL PRIVATE UPLOADS
We do not sell private uploaded photographs or generated videos as data products.
We do not sell private images to AI companies for model training.
We do not license private generations to advertisers for advertising profiles.
If these practices ever materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and any legally required notice or consent will be provided before the new use occurs.
14. PRIVATE CONTENT
User uploads and generations are intended to be private account content unless a user intentionally uses a sharing feature.
We do not treat your use of Undresss.ai as permission to publish your private generations publicly.
Public sharing is optional and controlled through the sharing interface. The watermarked public sharing version is distinct from your private generation files, source images and identity-reference photos, which remain protected under this Privacy Policy.
PUBLICLY SHARED VIDEOS
Undresss.ai provides an optional public video-sharing feature.
When you intentionally enable sharing for an eligible video, we may create a public or shareable URL through which other people can access a watermarked version of the generated video.
Information made available through a shared-video page may include:
- the generated video;
- a video thumbnail or preview;
- Undresss.ai branding or watermark;
- duration;
- resolution;
- public-sharing state; and
- limited information necessary to operate the sharing experience.
The public page should not display:
- your email address;
- your private account identifier;
- uploaded identity-reference photos;
- private source images;
- private storage paths;
- private KIE/provider information; or
- internal prompts that are not intentionally made public.
15. NO PUBLIC GALLERY BY DEFAULT
Unless explicitly introduced as an opt-in feature, private generations should not automatically appear in:
- public galleries;
- search engines;
- community feeds;
- public profiles; or
- public browsing pages.
16. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Undresss.ai may use:
- cookies;
- local storage;
- session technologies;
- pixels; and
- similar technologies.
They may be used for:
- authentication;
- security;
- preferences;
- essential functionality;
- analytics; and
- attribution.
Where applicable law requires consent before using non-essential technologies, appropriate controls will be provided.
17. ANALYTICS
We may use analytics to understand how the website performs.
We seek to avoid intentionally providing private uploaded media or private generated content to ordinary website analytics services.
Analytics information may include:
- page visits;
- feature events;
- device information;
- session information; and
- approximate traffic source.
18. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We do not keep every category of information for the same length of time.
Retention depends upon:
- the purpose for which information was collected;
- whether an account remains active;
- whether content remains in generation history;
- user deletion requests;
- security requirements;
- fraud-prevention requirements;
- payment-record obligations;
- provider limitations;
- dispute requirements;
- abuse investigations; and
- legal obligations.
We seek to retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
SHARING RECORDS
While a public share link remains active, we may retain information necessary to operate that link, including:
- share ID;
- associated generation ID;
- sharing status;
- watermarked sharing asset;
- sharing settings;
- public-extension setting;
- confirmation timestamps; and
- moderation status.
When sharing is disabled, some information may remain temporarily or for a longer period where reasonably necessary for:
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- abuse investigations;
- complaints;
- disputes;
- legal compliance;
- backups; or
- evidence preservation.
19. UPLOADED SOURCE MEDIA
Source images may need to remain available temporarily while:
- a generation is queued;
- AI processing occurs;
- a result is created;
- a failed generation is retried; or
- the result is delivered.
Where source media is retained as part of account history, users may be provided deletion controls.
We seek to minimize retention of source media consistent with operating the Service.
20. GENERATED CONTENT
Generated images and videos may be retained where necessary to:
- display them to the account holder;
- provide generation history;
- allow downloads;
- support account features; and
- investigate technical problems.
Users may be provided controls to remove generated content.
21. DELETION
Where a user deletes eligible media through the Service, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from active user-facing storage.
Deletion may not be instantaneous from every underlying system.
Limited copies may temporarily remain because of:
- backup cycles;
- processing queues;
- caching;
- security logs;
- provider retention;
- dispute preservation; or
- legal obligations.
Such copies are not intended for ordinary continued use.
22. BACKUPS
Deleted information may temporarily remain in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through ordinary retention cycles.
Backups are used for:
- disaster recovery;
- service integrity; and
- security.
They are not intended as an active content library.
23. ABUSE-RELATED RETENTION
Where an account is associated with serious abuse, we may retain limited information for longer where reasonably necessary to:
- prevent repeat violations;
- investigate complaints;
- protect depicted individuals;
- respond to legal process;
- prevent fraud; or
- defend legal claims.
Where practical, we may retain a fingerprint or record of prohibited content rather than the underlying media itself.
REPORT AND MODERATION RECORDS
Reports and moderation records may be retained for a reasonable period necessary to:
- investigate complaints;
- recognize repeat abuse;
- resolve consent disputes;
- defend or process legal claims;
- enforce the Terms;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- protect users and depicted persons.
Deletion of a public sharing link does not necessarily require immediate deletion of related moderation or security records where a legitimate or legally required retention purpose remains.
24. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service.
Measures may include:
- encryption in transit;
- access controls;
- authentication;
- restricted administrative access;
- security monitoring;
- logging;
- infrastructure controls;
- vendor management; and
- incident response.
However, no online system can provide an absolute guarantee of security.
Users should carefully consider the sensitivity of material before uploading it to any online service.
25. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Undresss.ai and its service providers may process information in different countries.
As a result, personal information may be transferred outside the country where a user or depicted person lives.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will take reasonable steps to use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard.
26. LEGAL DISCLOSURES
We may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law;
- respond to valid legal process;
- comply with court orders;
- respond to regulators;
- investigate exploitation;
- protect somebody from serious harm;
- investigate fraud;
- enforce our Terms;

- credible threats;
- serious criminal conduct; or
- other legally reportable activity,
we may provide appropriate information to authorized authorities or organizations.

If ownership of Undresss.ai or substantially all of its operating assets changes because of a:
- sale;
- acquisition;
- merger;
- restructuring;
- financing;
- succession;
- insolvency; or
- similar transaction,
information associated with the Service may transfer as part of the transaction.
Any successor remains subject to applicable privacy obligations regarding transferred information.
29. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending upon where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to:
- know whether we hold your personal information;

Please explain the request sufficiently for us to understand it.
Before providing or deleting sensitive information, we may need to verify your identity.
Verification information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
31. RIGHTS OF PEOPLE DEPICTED IN UPLOADS
You do not need to be the account holder to contact us about an image of you.
If you believe that somebody used your photograph or likeness without permission, contact:
You may ask us to investigate whether qualifying content involving you is stored or shared through the Service.
Depending upon the circumstances and applicable law, we may:
- remove content;

- disable sharing;
- terminate the responsible account;
- prevent known duplicate content;

32. NON-CONSENSUAL INTIMATE CONTENT
Reports alleging non-consensual intimate imagery receive priority review.
This includes qualifying material that was:
- digitally modified;
- artificially generated; or
- created using AI.
Where applicable law requires removal within a specified period following a valid request, we will comply with that legally required timeframe.
Reports should be sent to:
33. UNITED STATES TAKE IT DOWN REQUESTS
Where the United States TAKE IT DOWN Act applies to material hosted or furnished through Undresss.ai, we will maintain an appropriate process for qualifying removal requests.
A request should contain sufficient information to:
- identify the affected person;
- identify or locate the material;
- explain that publication or sharing was non-consensual; and
- allow us to communicate regarding the request.
Valid qualifying requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law.
34. AUTOMATED MODERATION
We may use automated technology to evaluate uploads, prompts, generations, accounts, and activity for safety purposes.
Such processing may be used to detect:
- suspected minors;
- prohibited nudity;
- explicit sexual content;
- abuse;
- fraud;
- suspicious account activity; and
- moderation circumvention.
Automated systems are imperfect.
We may supplement them with human review where appropriate.

- non-discrimination for exercising protected rights.
Undresss.ai does not sell private uploaded photographs or generated Output as data products.
Requests may be submitted to:
37. EEA AND UK USERS

Depending upon the activity, this may include:
- performance of a contract;
- legal obligation;
- legitimate interests;
- consent; or
- explicit consent where legally required.
Users may have additional rights under applicable European data-protection law.
European data-protection rules may also require disclosure of additional information concerning the identity and location of the controller or representative.
If such requirements apply, mandatory legal requirements take priority over this Privacy Policy.
38. OTHER JURISDICTIONS
Privacy laws differ by jurisdiction.
Where applicable law provides rights or obligations that cannot be contractually excluded, those requirements remain effective even if not expressly listed in this Privacy Policy.

If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will take reasonable steps to:
