Content & Consent

Undresss.ai provides AI-powered image and video transformation tools intended only for lawful, consensual use involving adults.

By uploading an image or video, generating content, extending a video, or otherwise using our generation tools, you confirm that you understand and agree to the requirements below.

1. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Undresss.ai.

Every identifiable person appearing in uploaded or generated content must also be 18 years of age or older.

You must not upload, generate, edit, or request content depicting:

  • anyone under 18;
  • anyone who appears to be under 18;
  • childhood or teenage photographs intended to be transformed into adult-oriented or revealing content; or
  • content where the age of the person cannot reasonably be established as an adult.

If you are unsure whether someone is 18 or older, do not upload the content.

2. You Must Have Permission

You may only upload an image or video if:

  • you are the person depicted; or
  • every identifiable person depicted has explicitly authorized you to use their image or video for the requested AI transformation.

Uploading publicly available content does not automatically mean you have permission to transform it.

The fact that an image appears on a social network, website, search engine, dating profile, subscription platform, or other public source does not give you permission to use that person's likeness on Undresss.ai.

3. Consent Must Cover the Transformation

Permission to possess or share a photograph is not necessarily permission to create an AI-modified version of it.

Before generating content involving another person, you must have their explicit permission for the type of AI transformation you are requesting.

This includes transformations involving changes to:

  • clothing;
  • outfit style;
  • body presentation;
  • environment;
  • pose;
  • movement;
  • animation; or
  • conversion of a still image into video.

You are responsible for ensuring that the depicted person's consent remains valid.

If consent is withdrawn, you must stop creating or distributing new content involving that person.

4. Permitted Fashion Transformations

Undresss.ai may provide fashion-oriented transformations such as:

  • bikini looks;
  • lingerie looks;
  • bra and underwear looks;
  • fashion-video animation;
  • scene and environment changes;
  • pose and movement changes; and
  • other supported clothing or styling transformations.

Availability of a feature does not mean that every possible use of that feature is permitted.

You remain responsible for ensuring your use is consensual, lawful, and consistent with these rules.

5. Prohibited Content and Uses

You must not use Undresss.ai to create, upload, request, store, or distribute content involving:

  • minors or anyone who appears to be a minor;
  • non-consensual intimate or sexualized imagery;
  • revenge porn or intimate imagery created or shared without permission;
  • coercion, exploitation, blackmail, humiliation, harassment, or threats;
  • secretly obtained images used without the person's permission;
  • impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, damage, or exploit another person;
  • sexual violence or forced sexual activity;
  • incestuous sexual content;
  • bestiality;
  • trafficking or sexual exploitation;
  • content intended to facilitate stalking or abuse;
  • content that violates another person's privacy, publicity rights, copyright, or other legal rights; or
  • any content prohibited by applicable law.

You must not use Undresss.ai to falsely represent generated content as authentic footage of another person where doing so could reasonably deceive, harm, defame, exploit, or embarrass that person.

6. Public Figures and Other Third Parties

Being famous, publicly known, or widely photographed does not eliminate a person's rights over their likeness.

You must not assume consent merely because the person is:

  • a celebrity;
  • influencer;
  • athlete;
  • politician;
  • model;
  • performer;
  • creator; or
  • other public figure.

The same consent requirements apply to public figures as to anyone else.

7. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content

When you upload content, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you are at least 18 years old;
  2. every identifiable person depicted is an adult;
  3. you have the legal right to upload the content;
  4. you are the depicted person or have obtained the depicted person's explicit permission;
  5. the permission covers the AI transformation you are requesting;
  6. your use does not violate another person's privacy or other rights; and
  7. your use complies with our Terms of Service and applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the instructions you provide.

8. AI Processing

By submitting content for generation, you authorize Undresss.ai and its service providers to process the submitted media as necessary to provide the requested AI-generation service.

Processing may include transmitting the media to third-party infrastructure or AI providers used to generate your requested result.

How uploaded and generated content is stored, retained, used, and deleted is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy before uploading sensitive or personal content.

9. Generated Results

AI-generated content can contain errors or unexpected changes.

For example, generated media may alter:

  • facial details;
  • body proportions;
  • clothing;
  • hands;
  • background elements;
  • lighting; or
  • other visual characteristics.

You should review generated content before saving, publishing, or sharing it.

You remain responsible for how generated content is used or distributed.

10. Sharing Generated Content

Before publishing or sharing generated content involving another identifiable person, make sure you have permission to do so.

You must not use generated content to:

  • mislead others into believing an AI-generated event actually occurred;
  • damage another person's reputation;
  • harass or embarrass someone;
  • extort or pressure another person;
  • falsely imply another person's endorsement;
  • violate privacy or publicity rights; or
  • engage in unlawful conduct.

Sharing Through Undresss.ai

Undresss.ai allows eligible users to intentionally create public links to generated videos.

Sharing is optional.

Generated videos remain private unless the user chooses to enable sharing.

Before enabling sharing, you must separately confirm that:

  • every identifiable person depicted is 18 years of age or older;
  • you are the person depicted or have their permission;
  • that permission covers the AI transformation;
  • that permission also covers public sharing or distribution of the generated result; and
  • you accept responsibility for making the content publicly accessible.

Consent to generate and consent to publicly share are not necessarily the same.

If a person gave you permission to create a transformation but did not give you permission to publish it, you must not share it publicly.

Confirmation Required Before Sharing

Before a public sharing link is created, the Service may require you to affirm statements such as:

I confirm that every person depicted is 18 or older.

I confirm that I am the depicted person or have the necessary permission to use and share this content.

I understand that this creates a public link that other people may forward.

I understand that I am responsible for the content I choose to share.

You must answer these confirmations truthfully.

False confirmation may result in:

  • removal of shared content;
  • suspension of sharing privileges;
  • account restrictions; or
  • termination for serious or repeated violations.

We record sharing confirmations and their timestamps server-side.

11. Removal and Enforcement

We may restrict, reject, suspend, remove, or investigate content or accounts where we reasonably believe these requirements have been violated.

Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.

We may also take appropriate action when required by law or when necessary to protect users, depicted persons, our services, or third parties.

12. Reporting Misuse

If you believe your image, likeness, or personal content has been used on Undresss.ai without your permission, please contact us through our designated support or abuse-reporting channel.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant content or account.

We may request reasonable information necessary to verify the report and investigate the issue.

Reporting a Shared Video

You may contact abuse@undresss.ai without an account. Publicly shared video pages may also provide a Report Video button. A person does not need to create an Undresss.ai account merely to report content.

Reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unauthorized likeness use, or serious abuse may receive priority review.

Temporary Removal of Reported Shared Content

Where public content receives multiple independent reports or presents a potential safety or legal concern, Undresss.ai may temporarily disable public access while the matter is reviewed.

Automatic suspension of a sharing link does not necessarily mean that a final violation determination has been made.

The underlying content may be preserved where reasonably necessary for:

  • investigation;
  • dispute handling;
  • safety enforcement;
  • legal compliance; or
  • evidence preservation.

Your Confirmation

Whenever you submit media for AI generation, you confirm:

I am at least 18 years old. Every person depicted is an adult. I own the submitted media or have permission to use it. I am the depicted person or have their explicit permission for this AI transformation. My request does not involve non-consensual, exploitative, illegal, or prohibited content. I authorize the processing necessary to generate the requested result.
